High silica fiberglass rope is square braided by texturized fiberglass yarn. They reinforce it with metal wire to increase the tensile and strength capacity. It can insulate against heat at high temperatures. It’s a great substitute for non-asbestos rope.
Use to seal coke furnace, stove, boiler burner, chimney door, and valves or pumps. For insulating exchangers, wrapping exhausts, and electrical insulation.
