Turcite is a thermoplastic resin. Industries use it to reduce friction on bearings and moving parts.
The nano ultra-fine formula makes the soft belt of the guide rail. It is now more uniform and dense. Turcite B sheet reduces internal stress, cuts without deforming, and gives a straight, “fluff”-free look. It is also more wear resistant.
It has been widely used in all kinds of ordinary machine tools. And textile, printing, paper, food, and chemical machinery. Also, woodworking machinery and other mechanical sliding guides. They are for manufacturing and maintenance. They are ideal for all CNC and precision machine tools, and high-precision processing centers.
Property Characteristics
- High Wearing Resistance: normally ten times that of cast iron guides; good accuracy.
2. Low Friction: friction coefficient < 0.04. It’s only one-third of the cast iron guide. It reduces driving energy consumption.

4. Good Shock-absorbing Ability: Improving processing accuracy

A + B is 1.1 kg/set; 1 set is for about 2 meters or so, varying a bit for different widths.
1 set is for about 3 kg of Turcite or so, but it varies a bit for different thicknesses.
