PTFE Sheet for Chemical, Thermal & Electrical Applications

PTFE sheet is a solid sheet material manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene resin. It is selected for applications requiring outstanding chemical resistance, wide temperature range, low friction coefficient, non-stick surface and excellent electrical insulation properties.

PTFE sheet is available in virgin (unfilled) and filled grades. Filled grades incorporate additives such as glass fiber, carbon, graphite, bronze or molybdenum disulfide to improve specific properties including wear resistance, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and dimensional stability.

We supply PTFE sheet for overseas distributors, industrial buyers, gasket manufacturers, maintenance companies and OEM customers, with different grades, thicknesses, sheet sizes and custom cutting available according to specification.

Outstanding Chemical Resistance PTFE is virtually inert to almost all chemicals, acids, solvents and alkalis.
Wide Temperature Range Continuous service from -180°C to +260°C, with short-term tolerance at higher temperatures.
Low Friction & Non-Stick PTFE has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid material.
Excellent Electrical Insulation High dielectric strength and low dielectric constant make PTFE ideal for electrical applications.
Material Advantages

Why Choose PTFE Sheet?

PTFE sheet combines outstanding chemical resistance, wide temperature capability, low friction and excellent dielectric properties for demanding industrial applications.

01

Chemical Inertness

PTFE is resistant to virtually all industrial chemicals, including strong acids, bases, solvents and oxidizing agents, making it suitable for aggressive media.

02

Wide Temperature Range

PTFE maintains its properties over a temperature range from approximately -180°C to +260°C, suitable for both cryogenic and high-temperature service.

03

Low Coefficient of Friction

PTFE has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid material, typically between 0.05 and 0.10, reducing wear and energy loss.

04

Non-Stick Surface

The non-stick properties of PTFE prevent adhesion of most substances, making it easy to clean and ideal for anti-stick applications.

05

Excellent Electrical Insulation

PTFE exhibits high dielectric strength, low dielectric constant and low dissipation factor, making it ideal for high-frequency and high-voltage insulation.

06

Filled Grades Available

Glass, carbon, graphite, bronze and other fillers can be added to PTFE to improve wear resistance, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and dimensional stability.
