Graphite and carbon textile products are manufactured from either expanded graphite yarn or carbonized polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber. Expanded graphite textile is produced by knitting or weaving pure expanded graphite yarn, creating a flexible, high- strength material with excellent sealing properties. Carbon fiber textile is produced from carbonized PAN fiber, offering outstanding tensile strength and thermal stability.
Our product range includes graphite cloth (woven fabric for gaskets, fireproof cloth and sealing), graphite tape (braided tape for flange sealing and packing), carbon fiber rope (braided rope for refractory textile binding and conductive applications), and carbon fiber tape (woven tape for structural reinforcement and thermal insulation). Optional metallic wire reinforcement (Inconel, 304/316 stainless steel) significantly improves pressure resistance and blow-out resistance.
We supply graphite and carbon textile products for overseas distributors, industrial buyers, furnace manufacturers, maintenance companies and OEM customers, with different constructions, dimensions, reinforcement types and custom fabrication available according to specification.
Graphite and carbon textile products combine extreme temperature resistance, chemical inertness, sealing performance and electrical conductivity for the most demanding industrial applications.
Graphite textile operates from -240°C to +650°C in air, and carbon fiber rope withstands up to +2600°C in inert atmospheres, suitable for the most demanding furnace and high-temperature applications.
Graphite textile resists the full pH range (0–14), providing exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and most industrial chemicals.
Expanded graphite textile conforms to irregular surfaces and compresses under load, providing reliable sealing for flanges, vessels and heat exchangers.
Carbon fiber textile offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, suitable for conductive electrodes, heating elements and thermal management applications.
Optional Inconel or stainless steel wire reinforcement increases pressure resistance (up to 200 bar for tape) and provides blow-out resistance.
Suitable for industrial distributors, furnace manufacturers, OEM customers and bulk purchasing programs.
