Cylinder head sheet is a high-performance composite gasket material specifically engineered for engine cylinder head gaskets and other combustion sealing applications. It is manufactured from aramid or synthetic fibers, inorganic fillers, and high-temperature elastomeric binders such as NBR or HNBR, offering exceptional resistance to oils, fuels, coolants and combustion by-products.
The sheet exhibits excellent mechanical strength, low creep relaxation, high compressibility and recovery, and outstanding resistance to thermal cycling and vibration. These properties ensure a reliable seal between the cylinder head and engine block, preventing leakage of combustion gases, oil and coolant under extreme operating conditions.
