Cork Rubber Sheet combines the compressibility of cork with the flexibility of rubber. It is an excellent sealing material. All are available in rolls cut to your specifications for thickness and width.

Nitrile-bonded cork is cheap and oil-resistant. It seals well at low flange pressures and up to 125℃. Manufacturers use cork in sumps, crankcase covers, inspection doors, valve covers, electrical transformers, and switchgear. They also use it to seal general covers and lids.
Rubber cork sheet is a mix of cork and rubber. It’s made from granulated cork and a synthetic rubber polymer, plus additives. The product has high resilience of rubber and compressibility of cork. It performs at a high level.
Application:
You can use it as gaskets in various engines. These include those of automobiles, tractors, plants, ships, and petroleum pipes. Electric transformers and equipment can also use it. It is a kind of new type of high-grade static sealing materials used to seal low and medium pressure.
As a general rule, nitrile cork (NBR) is:
• Good for use with petrol.
• Good for low bolt-loading flanges.
• Good for poor-quality flanges.
