What We Make
We manufacture Dust free Asbestos Yarn for companies that braid, weave or convert asbestos yarn into finished sealing and insulation products. Our yarn is spun and finished under controlled conditions to reduce airborne dust during normal handling, making it easier to work with in your production environment.
This is not a consumer product. It is a raw material for gasket makers, packing manufacturers, friction material producers and industrial insulation fabricators. If you need consistent yarn diameter, reliable tensile strength and repeatable performance batch after batch, this is what we supply.
Why Buyers Choose Our Dust free Asbestos Yarn
Lower dust during processing
Controlled spinning and finishing reduce loose fiber generation, so your operators deal with less airborne dust when braiding, weaving or cutting.
Consistent diameter and twist
Uniform yarn means fewer breakages on your braiding machines and more predictable finished products.
Ready for further treatment
We can supply dry, graphite-lubricated, PTFE-impregnated, silicone-treated or oiled yarn, depending on what your downstream process needs.
High-temperature performance
Suitable for continuous service in high-temperature sealing, insulation and friction applications.
Stable bulk supply
We are set up for repeat orders, not one-off sales. Consistent quality across batches is our priority.

Customization
We work with OEMs and converters, so most orders involve some level of customization. Common requests include:
-
Custom diameter and length per roll
-
Specific asbestos fiber grade or blend
-
Graphite, PTFE, silicone or oil treatment
-
Braided or twisted construction
-
Private label and custom packaging
-
Technical data sheets and MSDS for your market
Send us your specification and we will confirm feasibility, lead time and pricing.
Safety & Compliance Note
Asbestos is regulated in many countries. Dust free Asbestos Yarn is designed to reduce dust during normal handling, but safe work practices are still required. Buyers are responsible for confirming that import, use and disposal comply with local regulations. We provide MSDS and supporting documents on request.

FAQ for Buyers
What does “dust free” mean in practice?
It means the yarn is processed to reduce loose fiber generation during normal handling. It is not a guarantee of zero dust. Proper handling and PPE are still required.
Can you match a sample we already use?
Yes. Send us a sample or drawing and we will match diameter, twist, treatment and packaging.
What treatments do you offer?
Dry, graphite, PTFE, silicone, oil and custom treatments for sealing or insulation performance.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on specification. Contact us and we will confirm for your exact requirement.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation. You cover shipping or provide your courier account.
Do you supply MSDS and test reports?
Yes. MSDS, technical data sheets and batch test reports are available on request.
What lead time should we expect?
Samples usually 3–7 days. Bulk orders typically 7–20 days after confirmation, depending on specification and quantity.
