Graphite Cylinder Head Gasket

Graphite cylinder head gasket is manufactured from high-purity flexible graphite with metal reinforcement. It withstands extreme combustion temperatures and pressures, ensuring a reliable seal between the engine block and cylinder head. Suitable for diesel and gasoline engines, compressors and generators.

Temperature Resistance:

-200-+800℃. For pipes, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, condensers, generators, and other equipment.

Corrosion resistance:

It has good anti-corrosion properties. It can seal strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, chlorine, and non-contaminated media.

High strength:

It consists of an expanded graphite plate and various springs. Or, a double-sided, high-purity graphite plate. We bond a 0.05mm SUS304 stainless steel flat plate in the middle. High strength, wear resistance, and long life.

Good resilience:

Manufacturers can punch graphite composite plates into gaskets. The plates have good compression resilience. The required preload force is lower than for metal and metal spiral-wound gaskets. The requirements for the flange surface are not high, so it is a cheaper method. Practical panels.

Compact Structure

Sandwiched between flexible graphite plates. Clamped with tinplate or stainless steel plates (or user-specified screens and materials). Pressed or bonded with a special process.
